With over a decade of experience in managing a steady workforce, Thule offers a unique blend of leadership, vision, and knowledge. Prior to the amalgamation and taking on Annexe Escrow, she has worked as a Facility Coordinator and Administrator the last ten plus years.  Thule added-on specialty are audits.   She received a BA in Community Development from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a focus in Community Organization and Development. Thule mission is to help entrepreneurs build and grow profitable businesses.  She enjoys bridging companies and their services into a complimentary market. Thule sometimes referred to as the “Provocateur” for her ability to work with people and for her coaching skill that brings out the best in people.  Thule is known for her practical, street-savvy style, her fusion of real life and her conversational techniques to connect with her listeners at an intimate, intense and individual level. In her spare time, you will find her gardening or cooking.  She also spends a great deal of time helping her family and even volunteering at the food pantry or fundraising for nonprofit organizations.  The five words you can count on from Thule is love, integrity, commitment, passion and fun. Thule dedication is what sets her apart from everyone else.

This is indeed a person, I do not have to remote back too far into the timeline or it will be pretty embracive.  Elle is an experienced, well achieved escrow creature.  She is the liaison of all world. Elle has exemplary knowledge that enhances and benefits simultaneously. Elle is more than often reliable and always made others feel welcome and needed.  That is her power and many believed it is her approachable appearance that made it easy to be smitten by her. Elle emitted kindness and non-judgement before proven so otherwise is an ability. She communicated with people genuinely and effortlessly. It is also her humble nature and quick wit that draw people to her. She is cheerful and a prankster at any given moment, making her well-rounded and well-humored. She is in command of her goals. Elle boldness and motivation, inspires her to guide others.  Elle confidently believes customer service is the key to any safe. She has again and again exceeded all goals.  She believes it shows, when you can connect with the heart-beating people you are trying to help and how you communicate your understanding back to them.  She knows that no single approach is the right one for every individual. Kimmy has an extremely creative background with developed skills in design, restore, illustration, and beyond. Kim’s extraordinary abilities are complimented by her personality. She believes in giving her clients the best services. Her customer service is always exceptional as well as unforgettable. Her strength for direction puts learning basic fundamentals as her top priority.  Prior to joining Annexe Escrow, Kimmy practiced onychology based out of Tallahassee, Florida. She is also working on her Associate degree in Criminal Justice at Sanford Brown College. Kimmy believes the greatest strength is the ability to help others, in which she volunteers at the Greater West Hollywood Food Coalition (GWHFC), where she helps feed those who are homeless and hungry. She also enjoys reading in her spare time as well as she has discovered an intense love for reading.

Cindie is effectively focused on her Bachelor degree of Science in Biological Sciences. She is working on her dental hygiene education at Orange Coast College. Before joining Annexe Escrow, Cindie was consulting for Escrow companies in Orange. Cindie has a passion for communication and loves to put her mind to work creating different methods of communication and other ambitious customer service structures. Cindie skills in communication are what distinguish her from others. She treats communication as entertainment. As she mentions, “It is really simple to explain, communication is a two-way street”. Cindie believes the road to success is trying all possibilities and she is determined to uncover the secrets of how successful people and companies communicate. In her free time, if she is not shopping, hanging out with friends and family, she is showing her puppy new tricks.

MooMoo is an extremely friendly English Bull Dog, born on St. Patty Day and a true Pisces with all the characteristics from being lovable, sensitive, intuitive, very idealistic and sometimes moody. She draws from her experience and the kindness with the family, to be both head of security and the Directorial, in addition to her incisive study of character, her numerous professional focuses are her research and interests in the psycho-social aspects of the human society. MooMoo has leveraged her adversity for chasing balls or playing catch when she is not busy keeping a productive and friendly environment for both our clients and the team. MooMoo graduated from Tustin Park Obedience School in Tustin, California. In her free time, she loves to role play. She knows how to sit, stay, roll, play dead, lay down and loves people.
